This Privacy Policy explains what information ai-memory.lol ("we", "us") collects when you use the Service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website, the memory API, your account area, and hosted plans.
We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
Memory content belongs to you. We process it to extract, merge, compress, store, and retrieve memories on your behalf, and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
If you deploy the self-hosted edition, memory content stays in the database and vector store you configure, under your own retention and access controls.
We use the information described above to create and secure your account, to run memory operations for your projects, to meter plan usage, to process subscription payments, to answer support requests, to detect abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. You can clear them in your browser, but signing in depends on them.
We share limited data with the providers that make the Service work. Each provider processes data under its own terms and only for the purposes we describe.
Memories are stored for as long as your project exists and you keep them, subject to the plan limits you can see in your account. Deleting a memory, a scope or a project removes it from the live store, and audit history is trimmed according to the retention window that applies to your plan.
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as long as we need them for accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
We use encryption in transit, tenant isolation, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we limit what we store to reduce the impact of any incident.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Because the memory graph is exportable and deletable through the API and your account area, most of these requests can be satisfied directly. For anything else, email support@ai-memory.lol and we may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
You are responsible for the content you send to the memory API and for having the right to process it. Do not store data you are not allowed to process, and do not use the Service to build profiles that violate applicable law or the rights of the people in your data.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the Last updated date above.
