1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to ai-memory.lol and the memory API (the Service). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account and API keys secure. One person or organisation should not share credentials as a way to avoid plan limits.
3. Plans, credits and billing
Plans are billed through Stripe on the interval you select, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits describe stored memories, projects, agents and request volume, and the limits in effect for your subscription at the time of use apply.
Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you send to the Service and of the memories derived from it. You grant us the limited licence needed to process, store and retrieve that content so we can run the Service for you.
You are responsible for having the right to process the content you submit, including any personal data about other people.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to do any of the following:
- Use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or build profiles that violate applicable data protection rules.
- Attempt to access another tenant memory, bypass scope isolation, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Resell or rebrand the Service as your own memory product without an agreement with us.
- Interfere with the Service, exceed rate limits deliberately, or use it to distribute malware or spam.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider incidents and changes to the Service can affect availability. Paid plans receive the support channel described on the pricing page.
7. Data export and deletion
You can export the memory graph as JSON and delete memories, scopes or your project at any time. On termination we delete or anonymise live memory content according to the retention window for your plan, except where we must keep records for accounting, tax, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
8. Disclaimers
Memories, retrieval results and benchmark figures are provided as-is. The Service is a tool: you decide what to store, what to put in a prompt, and what your product tells its users. We do not warrant that retrieved context is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if your use poses a risk to the Service or to other customers. Where practical we will give notice and a chance to export your data.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@ai-memory.lol.
